Sysnet Global Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for Customer Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Business by Design, Zoho, and other relevant technologies

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions using SAP Business by Design and Zoho
Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Business by Design and Zoho
Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of SAP Business by Design, Zoho, and other relevant technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with stakeholders
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage projects
A graduate or postgraduate degree is required
