Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Chennai (On-site)
Experience: Minimum 4 years (International Voice Process)
Shift: UK Shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive with a strong background in international voice process. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English communication skills, a basic understanding of accounting, and the ability to handle UK-based customer interactions confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for UK clients professionally
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
• Communicate clearly via phone and email in English
• Manage challenging conversations with patience and clarity
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups
• Assist with basic account-related support (invoices, payments, etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in international voice process
• Exceptional spoken and written English communication
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
• Must be located in Chennai and available for UK shift
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
