About the Role:

Customer Success Associates

Job Title:

Pune (WFO)
Work Type:
Full-time (6 Days Working)
Shift:
Rotational Shift | Day Shift (till 8 PM)
1 Rotational Weekly Off
Target: Only 1 sale per day

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls to support customers effectively.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities where applicable.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Key Requirements:

Graduation in any discipline.
Excellent verbal communication in
English and Hindi
(proficiency in
Marathi
is a plus).
Clear pronunciation with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence).
Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Sales acumen and ability to identify customer needs.
Experience in
Domestic Voice Process
is preferred but
freshers are welcome
.
