About the Company



We are looking for a dedicated and skilled L2 Escalation Desk Associate to join our team at Teleperformance. The ideal candidate will have experience in the BPO sector and will be responsible for managing escalated customer issues, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.



About the Role



The L2 Escalation Desk Associate will be responsible for managing escalated customer issues, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities



  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO environment.
  • Both graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills necessary for effective problem resolution.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Provide resolutions to issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and escalations.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts and accompany team schedules as required.



Qualifications



  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO.
  • Both graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.

Pay range and compensation package



  • Salary: Up to 27,000 CTC.

  • Rotational shifts and week off.
