Customer Service Representative

JOB PROFILE

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused After Sales Service and Customer Support Representative to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional after-sales support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems.

2. After Sales Service: Provide support for products after purchase, including troubleshooting, repair, and replacement.

3. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

4. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.

5. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless issue resolution.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate daily records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions, preparing invoice and follow-up for payments and orders.

7. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and suggest changes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bcom degree preferred.

2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – English / Hindi / Marathi- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in CRM software / Tally / Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
