Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international clients
• Provide solutions and assistance to customers with queries, concerns, and issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of service quality
• Manage customer interactions in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
• Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure efficient service delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a call center (preferably in an international voice process)
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Flexible with work shifts and locations (if applicable)
• Candidates with international calling experience will have an added advantage

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners will be given priority
• Previous experience in customer support for international clients
• Proficiency in any additional languages (optional)
