Aksent Corporate Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives to help us drive success through meaningful client interactions and effective internal sales strategies.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with potential customers and promote our services/products
• Build and maintain customer relationships through clear and persuasive communication
• Identify customer needs and offer the right solutions
• Follow up on leads and successfully close sales
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using basic systems/tools
• Handle inbound sales and support processes
• Outsource B2B clients, connect through emails or calls to fix appointments and process client communications effectively

• Basic computer/system knowledge is essential
• Must own a laptop in good working condition with internet access

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
