Job Title: Customer Support and BDE (Business Development Executive)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to handle chat-based customer support and assist with business growth activities. The role involves engaging with customers through chat, resolving their queries, and promoting our services to generate leads and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and professional support to customers via chat platforms.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Generate leads and assist in closing deals through effective communication.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM tools accurately.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to follow up on potential leads.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle escalations when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 0–3 years of experience in customer support, sales, or BDE roles.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada.
• Good typing speed and familiarity with chat tools.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Previous experience in chat or customer support is a plus.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
