Job Description

As a valuable team member in this role, your key responsibilities will include following up on leads provided by the marketing department, effectively explaining products/services to customers and addressing their queries, maintaining accurate call records, and updating the CRM system on a regular basis. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with the sales or support team as necessary to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, with the opportunity for performance bonuses based on your contributions. Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is preferred for effective communication with customers.
