Job Description: Must have: - Solid Interior work experience and knowledge - Is ready to travel across india - Have handled commercial projects Key Responsibilities: • Oversee end-to-end project execution for commercial showrooms. • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. • Monitor site progress, quality control, and compliance with safety and statutory regulations. • Lead and manage site teams, engineers, and supervisors with strong people management. • Implement and enforce cost control measures and value engineering practices. • Ensure timely procurement of materials and mobilization of resources. • Conduct regular project reviews and report updates to senior management. • Drive innovation, efficiency, and accountability across all construction sites.
