Job Description

Knowledge of complete customer service. Ø Manage the service delivery team Ø Understanding of Incoterms. Ø Co-ordination with various department and provide the updated information / reports to customer. Ø Handling the query of customers and internal team through mail & phone calls Ø Tracking the shipment regularly and updating to all the concerned parties. Ø Coordination with shipping line and co-loaders on regular basis. Ø Independently Handling pre-shipments and post-shipments documents. Ø Preparing Daily Shipment Report for regular tracking purpose. Ø Knowledge of rate quotation to customers in guidance of pricing & sales person Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
