Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Quote and follow up

    on customer RFQs for import/export shipments, working closely to convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Coordinate across internal teams, Overseas partners

    &

    Vendors

    to ensure timely and smooth job execution while keeping customers updated.
  • Act as a

    link between sales and operations

    , ensuring customer needs are met while maintaining profitability and service standards.
  • Support the

    development of SOPs, reporting structures

    , and customer service metrics to monitor performance and drive improvements.
  • Participate in

    customer reviews, relationship building

    , and identify upsell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong Communication skills with Proficient English acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & its products.
  • Minimum Graduate from university
  • Minimum 1 years of working in Freight Forwarding Industry
  • Experience in freight forwarding customer service
