As a Customer Representative Executive (Lead Generation) at our company located in Akshar Business Park, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers via outbound calls. Your role involves providing information on real estate projects and offerings, as well as following up regularly to build trust and interest. Understanding customer needs, qualifying leads, maintaining lead details, and updating records will be key aspects of your responsibilities. We are looking for individuals who are fluent in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi, with prior experience in tele-calling, real estate, or sales. Freshers are also welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should be confident, enthusiastic, and eager to learn, with excellent communication and persuasion skills. You should be able to work effectively with sales targets and deadlines.
