Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our team. As a CRO, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for building strong relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and concerns professionally via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person. Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Provide information about products, services, or offers. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. Maintain and update customer records and service reports. Collect customer feedback and report areas for improvement. Achieve customer service targets and KPIs.
