Job Description

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage sales performance and customer interactions. You will be tasked with generating and qualifying leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Engaging with existing and potential clients through various channels such as calls, emails, and meetings will be a key aspect of your role. It will be essential for you to update customer records regularly and ensure data accuracy in the CRM system. Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns will be crucial for success in this role. Monitoring customer feedback and working with teams to enhance customer satisfaction will be integral to your daily tasks. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare sales reports and dashboards using CRM data to track performance and identify areas for improvement. While prior experience is preferred, freshers are also encouraged to apply for this position. This is a full-time, permanent role with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients. The work location will be in person to ensure seamless collaboration with the team.,
