We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our sellers and buyers, ensuring their requirements are met efficiently. This role involves understanding sellers’ needs, broadcasting them through multiple channels, and providing top-notch customer support.
- Communicate with sellers to gather detailed requirements for listings, online and offline.
- Broadcast product listings to potential buyers using various mediums (Social media, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Handle multi-language communication in Hindi and English
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, is preferrable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using customer management tools, social media platforms, and communication apps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A customer-first mindset with an approachable and empathetic attitude.
- Prior experience in a customer relationship role is a plus but not mandatory.
