Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Tele caller with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Tamil, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in telecalling, lead generation, or customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads.
• Explain products or services and handle customer queries efficiently.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records.
• Generate leads and convert them into appointments or sales (depending on the industry)
• Handle inbound calls when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 or 2 years of telecalling experience (sales/support/lead generation).
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Tamil.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Confident and persuasive with a customer-first attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [mention industry if needed, e.g., real estate, education, finance
• Immediate joiners preferred.
