Job Description

As a customer service representative, your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with customers by politely greeting, directing, and assisting them. You will be expected to identify opportunities to upsell services and handle both inbound and outbound customer calls. Ensuring excellent customer service, satisfaction, and retention will be key aspects of your role. You will be required to satisfy customers to the fullest extent possible and answer all their questions according to the process flow. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the potential for performance bonuses.
