Job Description

We are a leading creative graphic design agency based in Rajkot, known for innovative branding, visual storytelling, and design solutions across print, digital, and 3D visualization. We are expanding and looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to be the bridge between our creative team and our clients. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients – manage queries, follow-ups, and project updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and coordinate with the internal design and project team to deliver solutions. Handle project timelines, delivery, and feedback effectively. Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining our services clearly. Maintain client records and update CRM tools with relevant data. Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. Identify opportunities for upselling or offering additional services.
