Located in Malappuram with fourteen branches across Kerala, the company also specializes in the exchange and sale of Maruti-certified used cars through its TRUE VALUE division. A.M. MOTORS is equipped with state-of-the-art servicing and collision-repair equipment, and its dedicated team of technicians are trained by Maruti Suzuki India Limited to provide after-sales service of international standards. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager, located in Malappuram. The Customer Relations Manager will manage and improve customer interactions, address customer queries and concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing customer service processes, implementing customer feedback mechanisms, coordinating with sales and service teams, and maintaining customer databases. Additionally, the role involves resolving conflicts, and ensuring an overall positive experience for the customers. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service experience and conflict resolution abilities Leadership and team coordination skills Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software Problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
