Looking for a Customer Support Executive in Mohali and Chandigarh!


What you will do-

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • provide product and service information to customers.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or management.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Maintain daily reports in the system.

What are looking for -

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • willingness to work in the rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
