CT Scan/ MRI Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and responsible CT Scan/MRI Technician to operate advanced imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images. The technician will be responsible for patient preparation, operating CT and MRI machines, ensuring patient safety, and supporting radiologists in accurate diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and MRI scans as per prescribed protocols.
• Explain procedures and prepare patients for imaging (including positioning, removing metal objects, etc.).
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment with proper calibration and safety checks.
• Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Assist radiologists with image acquisition, processing, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scan logs.
• Practice radiation safety and infection control standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions or service needs promptly.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff regarding patient care and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and applicable health regulations.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / Degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging Technology.
• CT & MRI certified technician with 1–3 years of hands-on experience preferred.
• Knowledge of anatomy, radiographic positioning, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency cases.

Skills:

• Technical proficiency with CT/MRI machines.
• Good patient-handling and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation practices.
• Familiarity with Technical systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
