Primary responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring there is an up-to-date and verified database of all Assets and Configuration Items (CIs) throughout the IT Service Management Lifecycle. Apply a continuous improvement approach to identifying and tracking company assets, CIs and their dependencies within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal teams (such as Applications and Change and Release Mgt teams) and external vendors for the introduction and retirement of assets through changes, releases, upgrades, new technology deployments and acquisitions. Requirements Proven experience in asset and configuration management using the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ServiceNow Discovery, Graph Connectors, and Multisource CMDB. ITAM, CAMP, CITAM or other accreditation in Asset and Configuration Management discipline Strong attention to detail, ability to process data and work in a complex global organisational environment. Extremely strong organization and productivity skills, ability to interface with managers, staff, and stakeholders within the organization.
