CRM Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive (Female) to manage and optimize our customer relationship management processes. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the CRM database, nurturing client relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting the sales and marketing teams with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate should have experience in CRM tools, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach, preferably within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CRM system with accurate and updated client information.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and clients through calls, emails, and SMS campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales teams to track leads, inquiries, property site visits, and conversions.
• Ensure all client interactions are documented in the CRM system.
• Provide support during real estate events, site visits, and promotional activities.
• Handle client queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
