Job Description

Responding to inquiries: Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up tasks. Escalation: Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team or individual. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and retention. Data Management: Updating and maintaining customer data within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
