CRM Developer

We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer to contribute significantly to the design, development, and enhancement of our customer relationship management systems. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical skills in the HubSpot CRM platform and a profound grasp of aligning business requirements with efficient CRM solutions. Your responsibilities will include customizing and evolving the CRM structure within HubSpot, managing integrations with external systems, ensuring data integrity and governance, documenting system architecture, supporting end users, optimizing system performance, and staying updated with HubSpot's latest features. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. Additionally, you must have over 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, a solid understanding of CRM architecture, data governance, and proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, .Net, C#, HTML, CSS, and Restful APIs. Furthermore, you should be adept at utilizing Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate, possess problem-solving skills, exhibit effective communication abilities, and be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving methodologies is essential for success in this role.,
