Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Microsoft CRM Developer with approximately 1.5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of robust Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) solutions. You will work on various aspects of our CRM system, ensuring its functionality, scalability, and alignment with business needs. Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Develop and configure Dynamics 365 components including entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business process flows, and security roles. Write and debug plugins, custom workflows, and client-side scripting (JavaScript) within the Dynamics 365 platform. Participate in data migration activities and integration with other systems. Provide support and maintenance for existing Dynamics 365 CE applications. Collaborate with business analysts and other team members to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Document technical designs, configurations, and processes. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1.5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) or earlier versions (e.g., Dynamics CRM 2016). Proficiency in C# and JavaScript. Familiarity with the Dynamics 365 SDK and XRM tooling. Experience with plugin development, custom workflow activities, and form scripting. Basic understanding of SQL Server and database concepts. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Preferred (Good to Have) Skills: Experience with Power Automate (Flow) and Power Apps. Knowledge of Azure services relevant to Dynamics 365 (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps). Understanding of Web API and OData for integrations. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
