Creative Copywriter

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Write compelling copy for visualizations, pitch decks, websites, video scripts, and social media.
• Conceptualize storyboards and campaign narratives for real estate and design projects.
• Collaborate with 3D artists, designers, and marketing teams to align visuals with messaging.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Sora, Pika Labs) to generate video assets and images that enhance storytelling.
• Draft engaging content that humanizes architectural projects—connecting emotion, design, and future-living concepts.
• Contribute to brand tone, narrative strategy, and campaign ideation for both internal and client projects.
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in creative writing, copywriting, or content creation (preferably in the design/architecture/tech space).
• Strong

  command over English (verbal & writing both)

  , visual storytelling, and brand language.
• Demonstrated experience with

  AI video/image generation tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, etc

• Understanding of architectural design principles and spatial storytelling is a strong plus.
