CPQ - Technical Architect

As a Technical Architect (TA) within the organization, you will play a crucial role in designing the key technical components of solutions and guiding Wipro technical resources through the development and delivery of project deliverables. By leveraging your expertise, you will effectively reduce project technical risks by identifying design issues early in the project life-cycle, promoting implementation best practices, and suggesting alternative solutions. Additionally, you will conduct design and code reviews during major project milestones to ensure quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include hands-on experience with various Omnistudio tools such as DataRaptor, FlexCards, OmniScript, Integration Procedures, and CPQ. You will be responsible for evaluating technology trade-offs and feasibility to make informed decisions that align with project constraints. Serving as the technical expert on projects centered around Salesforce.com, SFI, and the Force.com platform, you will design and implement business technology solutions focusing on cloud-based applications, specifically Salesforce.com. Direct involvement in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, configuration, testing, and deployment will be a core part of your role. Collaborating with clients, leading projects, facilitating business process analysis sessions, and providing guidance to team members, including offshore teams, will be essential for project success. Your professionalism will be evident through consistent commitment fulfillment, proactive escalation of jeopardized commitments, prompt response to requests, and punctuality in meetings. You will also be familiar with project management fundamentals and may fulfill project management roles on various projects. As an experienced professional with over 8 years of project experience in packaged software or custom development implementations, your role will involve overseeing technical decisions, guiding Appirio project teams, identifying platform limitations, providing constructive feedback, and monitoring technical deliverables for quality and compliance. Moreover, your educational background in Computer Science or a related field, along with hands-on technical leadership experience, Salesforce development expertise, and Agile methodology knowledge, will be valuable assets in this position. Your ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with customers, operate in the Insurance sector, lead development teams, and hold relevant certifications will contribute to your success as a Technical Architect.
