Serving as a technical expert on Salesforce.com, SFI, and the Force.com platform, you will focus on designing and implementing cloud-based business technology solutions, particularly Salesforce.com. Directly engaging with clients, you will lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and oversee the development of business requirements, process flows, application design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to team members, including offshore teams, ensuring the highest level of professionalism in all interactions. Your role will also involve project management tasks, contributing to the success of projects focused on cloud-based business applications. You will be expected to challenge and guide customers towards appropriate solutions, leveraging standard cloud software functionality creatively and minimizing reliance on custom code solutions. Travel to client sites may be necessary, and you will be responsible for generating status reports, time tracking, and expense reports in a timely manner. As a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in project implementations, CRM software, and technical leadership positions, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. Your educational background in Computer Science or a related field, combined with certifications such as Salesforce advanced administrator, advanced developer, or technical architect, will be highly valued. Overall, your ability to lead, innovate, and collaborate effectively within project teams and with clients will be essential in driving successful outcomes and maintaining Wipro's reputation for excellence in technical solutions and services.,
