Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a CPC Hub Manager - Operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility

Ensuring adherence to credit and KYC policies.

Verifying all KYCs and financial documents, and analyzing them.

Monitoring TAT and communicating with the field on issues related to TAT and KYC.

Training field teams to ensure FTR at 90%.

Analyzing credit trends and providing insights.

Using Excel skills to manage data and perform analysis.

Job

Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management.

Strong knowledge of banking and financial services.

Excellent communication and training skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
