Country Manager - Export Sales

Educational Qualification:

• MBA (preferably from IIM or premier college in International Business)
• Post Graduation Specialization: Marketing / Sales

Work Experience:

• Experience in treasury activities

Job Responsibilities:

• Export sales operations for parts and accessories
• Sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ability to analyze data to identify sales trends
• Must be able to identify current trends and build a successful pitch to drive sales for relevant products
• Establishing and maintaining progressive customer relationships with key overseas clients
• Must have expertise in export custom clearance and logistics
• Must be able to handle customers across various geographic regions/time zones
• Data management and analysis, handling large data sets, performing trend studies, identifying problems, and interpreting data to find solutions
• Ability to analyze customer needs and requirements and predict future demands
• Knowledge and understanding of consumer behavior, customer needs, and upcoming trends in the automobile industry
• Effective communication, influential negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, flexibility, team effectiveness, and the ability to build high-performance inter-departmental teams

Competencies / Skills:

1. Understanding of export operations, custom clearance, and export incentive schemes
2. Knowledge of ERP systems
3. Proficient in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
4. Automobile industry background preferred, especially in the spares division
