Role Description

This is a full-time Counselor role, located on-site in Chandigarh, India. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students regarding study visa applications, assisting with admission processes, and offering support throughout their immigration journey. Daily tasks include reviewing and processing applications, conducting consultations, and ensuring clients are well-informed about their visa options and requirements.

Qualifications

Experience in immigration consulting, study visa processes, and education consulting
Excellent communication, consulting, and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Knowledge of international education systems and visa regulations
Relevant certification or degree in Immigration, Education, or a related field is a plus
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are beneficial
