Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents to assess the scope of work. Obtain and compare vendor/subcontractor quotations for pricing accuracy. Draft and submit technical & commercial bids as per client requirements. Work closely with design and project teams for material selection and quantity take-offs. Coordinate with suppliers for updated material rates and negotiate for best pricing. Maintain records of tenders submitted, pricing history, and awarded projects. Assist in value engineering to optimize project costs. Track and follow up on tender submissions and assist in negotiations as required. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Quantity Surveying or a related field. Years of relevant experience in estimation/tendering for interior design or fit-out projects. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software. Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, and execution processes. Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tenders simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in corporate office interiors, retail fit-outs. Knowledge of local market rates, taxation (GST), and regulatory compliances. Experience working with architects, PMCs, and large corporate clients.
