Job Description

Assistant Key Account Manager - Modern Trade Key Responsibilities - Coordinate with customers for Contract, Purchase Order, appointment and Payment Follow-ups. - Maintain Daily PO Tracker, Fill rate. Check in Amendments of PO. - Record and track stock data at factory as well as depot & Coordinate with planning team for stock transfer to depots. Maintain inventory as per forecast. - Manage claims against shortages/damages and process the same with accuracy and timeliness. - Responding to complaints from customers and give after sales support when required. - Co-ordinate with the Category Managers - Responsible for aging stock, receivable reports & daily dispatch report. - Preparing MIS reports as per requirement. Candidate Specification : - Bachelors level education or higher, preferably in Business Administration or Business Studies with 3+ years of experience in Food or Beverage industry - Expert level proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Strong communication & management skills Company Profile Coolberg is India's first and leading brand in Zero Alcohol Beers with current presence in more than 400+ cities across India and in 7 other counties (Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Kenya, Malaysia etc.).
