Key Responsibilities:Assist the Head Chef in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Head Chef. Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas. Support with inventory checks and stock rotation. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and kitchen procedures. Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff if needed. Execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
