Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content & Operations Manager located in Ranchi. The Content & Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the content creation and operational processes of Mindora. Daily tasks include content development, coordinating with educators and technologists, managing project timelines, and ensuring the quality and consistency of educational material. The role also involves monitoring student progress, facilitating assessments, and optimizing educational programs to enhance student outcomes.

• Experience in content development, educational content creation, and curriculum design
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in coordinating with educators and technologists
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a structured and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Project Management, or a related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
