Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Worker, located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Construction Worker will be responsible for assisting in various construction projects, operating machinery and tools, following safety protocols, and working as part of a team to complete construction tasks efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to mixing materials, setting up structures, ensuring site cleanliness, and reporting any issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction work and operating construction machinery
• Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to safety standards
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Basic understanding of construction methods and materials
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Secondary education or vocational training in construction is preferred
