Connected Vehicles and In Car Experience Expert

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Connected Vehicles and In-Car Experience Expert to lead the development and enhancement of connected car technologies and digital in-vehicle experiences. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge of automotive connectivity, infotainment systems, and emerging trends in the mobility space. This role demands technical acumen, industry foresight, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class in-car features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the design and development of next-generation connected vehicle features and infotainment solutions.
• Monitor and interpret upcoming automotive industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving customer expectations to inform product strategy.
• Contribute to defining new requirements in the automotive connectivity domain, with a focus on enhancing user experience and digital services.
• Demonstrate expertise in in-vehicle connectivity technologies, such as:
  • Wi-Fi and cellular capabilities
  • Connected apps and user subscription flows
  • Telematics and cloud integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, UI/UX, and software development to ensure seamless feature implementation and system integration.
• Support the roll-out of new app updates, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
• Provide technical insights and contribute to the strategic roadmap for connected vehicle services.
• (Optional) Work on advanced in-car technologies, including:
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based personalization
  • In-car payment systems
  • OTT (Over-the-Top) content integration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-5 experience in the connected vehicle or automotive infotainment domain.
• Strong understanding of vehicle connectivity protocols, cloud services, and infotainment architecture.
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in a product development environment.
• Knowledge of customer-centric feature development, market benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
