Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Software developer At least 2-3 years of experience in AI / ML , Generative AI technologies and enterprise application development Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ Expertise in developing high-performing RAG-based chatbots and multi-modal AI agents, fine-tuning LLMs Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and librariesExperience with Azure Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Other Qualifications: Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools Certification in AI/ML or related fields
