Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate computers efficiently for data entry and report generation
Make regular follow-up calls to technicians/site staff for daily updates
Take site status reports time-to-time and update the management
Maintain daily logs, attendance, site progress reports, and other records in Excel or company software
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers when required
Maintain proper filing of documents and digital records
Assist in preparing reports and submitting to seniors on time
Perform other office tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, etc.)
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Ability to handle phone calls politely and professionally
Must be punctual, sincere, and responsible in following up with teams
12th pass or Graduate preferred
Experience in a similar role is an advantage

Skills Required:

MS Office (especially Excel)
Phone communication & follow-up
Time management
Basic record-keeping
Team coordination

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift
