Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to students, faculty, and staff in the computer lab.
Monitor lab usage to ensure appropriate behavior and proper use of equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on hardware and software.
Install, update, and configure software as directed by IT staff.
Maintain inventory of lab equipment and supplies.
Ensure lab cleanliness and security, including powering down systems and locking up when necessary.
Log technical issues and escalate complex problems to IT staff.
Assist with printing, scanning, and other peripheral equipment support.
Maintain records of lab usage and prepare basic usage reports.
Enforce lab policies and help develop/update usage guidelines as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,913.70 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Computer skills: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)
