Computer Lab Assistant

As a Computer Lab Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support faculty members in the management and maintenance of computer labs. Your duties will include ensuring that the computer labs are well-equipped and running smoothly to facilitate a conducive learning environment for students and staff. A mandatory requirement for this role is a strong knowledge of software applications and systems. You will be expected to troubleshoot software issues, install necessary updates, and provide technical assistance to users as needed.
