Interpret plastic waste management (PWM) and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws. Keep updated with legal changes and ensure all activities comply with environmental regulations.
Conduct legal research on PWM-related topics. Develop presentations and write articles to support internal teams and raise awareness on compliance matters.
Work with senior legal counsel to prepare case documents and coordinate with external legal advisors. Communicate with government authorities on compliance matters and legal procedures.
Advise clients on compliance requirements under the PWM Act and EPR regulations. Handle legal correspondence and draft responses to regulatory or client queries.
