Role Description

This is an internship role for a Company Secretary Management Trainee, located on-site in Jaipur. The Management Trainee will assist in maintaining company records, preparing meeting agendas, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional tasks include coordinating with various departments, supporting board members, managing communication with stakeholders, and handling confidential information.

• Skills in Record-Keeping, Document Preparation, and Agenda Management
• Communication and Coordination skills with various departments and stakeholders
• Ability to Handle Confidential Information with Discretion and Integrity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
