Job Description

As a

Community and Partnerships Lead

at Elevation Capital, you will own and drive strategic founder-facing initiatives that build meaningful connections across our portfolio and the broader startup ecosystem. This is a high-impact role that blends program design, founder engagement, ecosystem partnerships, and sector-specific community development. You will work closely with senior investment team members, portfolio founders and external collaborators to scale programs and shape Elevation s presence in high-priority domains.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic initiatives (e.g., workshops, knowledge-sharing platforms, peer forums) aligned with Elevations investment priorities, collaborating closely with investment leads across key sectors (Consumer, Enterprise, Fintech, Deeptech).
Serve as a key liaison between Elevation and its portfolio of early- to growth-stage founders, proactively connecting them to Elevations valuable partnerships, resources, and network to accelerate their growth.
Cultivate and expand a strong network of external partners (including technology platforms, service providers, industry experts, and VCs), ensuring these relationships deliver tangible value and strategic advantages to our portfolio founders.
Conceptualize, launch, and manage impactful programs and events (virtual and in-person) to build engaged, sector-specific communities for founders, operators, and domain experts, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange.
