Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Sales Specialist located in Noida. The Commercial Sales Specialist will be responsible for delivering sales presentations, developing new business opportunities, providing top-notch customer service, and effectively communicating with clients. Additionally, the Specialist will engage in various sales activities to drive growth and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Presentations and Sales techniques
• Experience in New Business Development and identifying market opportunities
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
• Laptop & Vehicles are mandatory.
