Key Responsibilities - Driving and Transportation: Safely operate a commercial vehicle, transporting goods and materials to designated locations. - Route Planning: Plan and follow efficient routes, minimizing delays and costs. - Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle checks, ensuring the vehicle is in good condition. - Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring careful handling and security. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of trips, including logs and delivery confirmations. - Outstation Travel: Travel to various locations, often staying overnight, and manage logistics accordingly. Requirements - Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a commercial driver, preferably with experience driving similar vehicles. - Skills:   - Valid commercial driving license (CDL) with endorsements for heavy vehicles.   - Excellent driving skills and knowledge of road safety regulations.   - Ability to navigate through heavy traffic and construction areas.   - Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.   - Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients. - Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and handle heavy goods, work in varying weather conditions.
