We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Commerce Teacher who can inspire students, drive academic excellence, and make learning engaging through practical and conceptual understanding of the subject.

Roles & Responsibilities:Academic Delivery:

• Teach Commerce subjects (Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics – as applicable) to Classes 11 and 12.
• Prepare lesson plans, PPTs, and teaching aids as per CBSE curriculum.
• Focus on concept clarity, real-life application, and board exam-oriented preparation.

Student Engagement:

• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, remedial classes, and revision modules.
• Track student performance and share regular feedback.
• Mentor students for board exams and commerce-based competitive entrance exams.

Content & Assessment:

• Prepare question papers, worksheets, and model test papers.
• Evaluate answer sheets and maintain detailed records of academic performance.
• Integrate digital tools and activity-based learning methods into regular teaching.

School Contribution:

• Participate in PTMs, school functions, academic reviews, and workshops.
• Collaborate with the senior academic team to enhance the commerce stream outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria:Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree (M.Com / M.A in Economics / relevant field)
• B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms)

Skills:

• Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and classroom management
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online teaching tools
• Deep knowledge of NCERT books, CBSE question pattern, and PYQ analysis
