The Collections Officer will work closely with the finance team to analyze account information and assess customers financial situations to develop appropriate collection strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Contact customers with overdue accounts to collect payments and negotiate payment arrangements. - Maintain and update customer information and account status in the database. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing and payment processing. - Generate reports on collection activities and outstanding accounts as required. - Collaborate with the finance team to analyze account information. - Ensure compliance with collection laws and regulations. - Provide excellent customer service while managing collections effectively. - Educate customers on company policies regarding payments and credit limits.
